These stretches and exercises are created to strengthen your body throughout pregnancy and help prevent back pain and other joint pain that can often occur. We highly recommend you follow along through each trimester!
First
Trimester
Welcome to your first trimester fitness program! This program is designed to be a 3 day fitness track. Scroll down to find 3 separate workout days planned. each day has stretches and workouts accompanied by video demonstrations and the health benefits behind why we are doing these movements. Enjoy!
Day 1
Flexibility
Block A should be done 1 day per week starting in week 3 of your pregnancy.
The main focus points are prevention, core strength and back flexibility.
