Medical Questions and Concerns

We have trained personnel with many years of experience who triage calls everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. They are available to address non-emergency questions. All calls prior to 4 p.m. will be returned the same day. Calls received after 4 p.m. will be returned the next business day.

Patient Forms

Please call (951) 677-4748 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to schedule. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

We like to schedule our OB patient’s first visit at 8-10 weeks. So please call to schedule at your earliest convenience.

Emergencies

For a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.

Prescription Refills

To refill a current prescription, please call your pharmacy and request a refill. If you do not have any refills left on your prescripton, your pharmacist will contact us for authorization. Please allow one working day for refills.

Lab Results

You should receive notification of lab results by phone or mail. If your results require immediate attention, we will contact you by phone. You should receive notification of a normal Pap Smear within 2 weeks of your visit. You will be contacted by phone if your Pap Smear is abnormal.
