Dr. Noelle Ortiz (formerly Dr. Noelle Coen) is an OB/GYN physician at Temecula Valley OB/GYN in the Menifee office. She completed her undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry at Point Loma Nazarene University before earning her medical degree from the University of California, Riverside. She then went on to complete her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Las Palmas Del Sol in El Paso, Texas.

Dr. Ortiz’s passion for women’s health stems from her early exposure to medicine through her parents, who both worked in the medical field. While she once considered pediatrics, she was drawn to OB/GYN because of the unique opportunity to educate and empower women throughout different stages of life. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where her patients feel comfortable discussing any concern, no matter how big or small.

Originally from Redlands, California, Dr. Ortiz is excited to return to the Inland Empire and serve her community close to home. Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Toby and Chewy. As the oldest of five siblings, she also values family connections and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients as she partners with them in their health journey.
